

STEM Racing (formerly Formula 1 in Schools) is a globally recognized international educational program involving high school students. The competition includes:
Hundreds of teams participate in the Italian regional qualifiers and a variable number advance to the regional finals (top 16 per region). In the end, 10 teams compete in the national championship in Maranello. The winner of the national championship represents Italy in the world finals, held in different locations each year. The prize for the winning team includes a trip to a F1 Grand Prix.

Our start competing in Stem Racing in 2026
14th of February 2026.
We competed in the regional qualifiers for Stem Racing 2026. The event was held at the institute of mechatronics in Sesto San Giovanni, Italy. We had a great time competing against other teams and showcasing our car.
The first competition only comprehended the engineering exposition and portfolio presentation and the actual race on track. Thanks to the hard work of the team we managed to qualify for the Regional Finals, which will be held in May 2026.

We met with the Formula Student team of Politecnico di Torino
20th of February 2026.
We had the opportunity to visit the Formula Student team of Politecnico di Torino. We had a great time learning about their car and sharing our experiences in Stem Racing.
During our visit the members of the team showed us around their facilities and their car on display. Since some of the members of Formula Student's team have similar roles to some of our members we had the opportunity to learn from more experienced competitors.
The visit was a great opportunity to network with other teams and learn from their experiences.

With the imitation of the track that we built we showed our progress to our school
17th of April 2026.
We organized a showcase of our car for the students and teachers of our school. We built an imitation of the track and we sent the car on it with a CO2 cartridge. We had a great time showing our progress to our school and we received a lot of support from the students and teachers.

We organized some activities for the students of our school during the self-managed day
23rd and 24th of April 2026.
We organized some activities for the students of our school during the self-managed day. We had a great time showing our car and explaining our project to the students. We also organized some games and activities related to Stem Racing.
